A short, specific policy. We collect what you type into the enquiry form and use it to reply to you.
This policy explains how Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd (“Akontec”, “we”) handles personal information collected through aifinance.akontec.com.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the enquiry form: company name, your name, work email, phone, city, the size of your operation, your answer on reviewer capability, your reason for enquiring, and any message you write. We also record the file code and the date and time of submission. Our server keeps standard access logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and diagnostics.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough, assess fit for the file, and communicate with you about it. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Who sees it
Akontec's partner desk and delivery team. Our email service provider processes the message in transit. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser as a technical necessity of serving the font file.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless we have entered into an agreement with you, in which case contractual retention applies.
Client financial data
This policy covers only the enquiry form on this website. Client financial data processed inside a partner desk is governed by the service agreement, the information-security schedule and the applicable data processing terms, not by this policy.
Your choices
Write to support@akontec.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to withdraw consent, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.
