This is not an investment
AI Finance is a business services engagement offered by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd to registered BPO service providers. The setup fee is consideration for defined deliverables — a provisioned desk and server, a ledger licence, a configured and bench-tested virtual desk with documented control bindings, a client specification, documentation, onboarding including a parallel run, and a defined period of supervised support. Those deliverables are listed in the schedule to the service agreement.
Income described on this site is consideration for services delivered by the partner and accepted at review. It is computed from a published unit card, adjusted by a quality score, and converted from USD. It is variable and is not fixed, assured or guaranteed in any manner.
Not accountancy, audit or tax services
Neither Akontec nor the platform provides accounting, audit, assurance, tax or advisory services, and nothing produced by the desk constitutes an accounting opinion, an audit opinion, a tax return or professional advice. The desk performs preparatory processing only. All approval, posting, attestation and filing authority rests with the client company's own finance function, or with a qualified individual under a written delegation to which Akontec is not a party.
No payment authority
No agent, model or automated component of this platform initiates, approves or releases any payment; creates or amends any bank account detail; posts to any general ledger without a named human approval; or communicates with any bank, auditor or tax authority. These are enforced as tool bindings and action-handler controls, not as configurable policy, and no setting, permission or written instruction grants them.
Currency risk
The unit card is denominated in USD. All INR figures on this site convert at a planning basis of ₹95 per USD, which is not a rate offered, quoted or guaranteed by Akontec. The actual rate applied on settlement will differ, and movement between statement date and settlement is borne by the partner.
Capital at risk
The setup fee is commercial expenditure by the partner and is at the partner's own risk in the ordinary course of business. It is not protected, insured or refundable except as expressly provided in the service agreement, including the 45-day allocation commitment described on this site.
Figures are planning bases
All volumes, payout bands, running costs, recovery periods and twelve-month statements on this site are planning bases for a typical desk at the stated size. They are illustrative, not projections and not commitments. Actual results depend on allocated volume, client demand, quality performance, currency movement and the partner's own operating discipline, and will differ.
Ledger imagery
All depictions of the operating ledger on this site are renderings created for illustration and carry no figures. No client, partner or financial data appears anywhere on this site. The working console is shown only in a supervised walkthrough.

Precedence
In the event of any inconsistency between this site and the executed service agreement, the service agreement prevails. Website content may be updated without notice.
