Akontec operates a two-sided model: client companies on one side who need operations delivered, and BPO service providers on the other who deliver it. We hold the client contract, set the standard, and route volume to the desks best placed to serve it.

Alongside conventional staffed campaigns we build and run AI-delivered projects across a fixed set of solution domains — finance, mobility, eCommerce, franchise, healthcare, real estate, SaaS sales and travel. AI Finance is the finance line, and it is offered to partner service providers on the terms set out across this site.

What we will not do is sell an outcome we cannot control, or an authority we should not hold. Volume varies, currencies move, and quality has to be earned each month. And nothing we build approves, posts or pays anything, because that authority belongs with qualified people.
